Slightly more about me: I am a scientist-artist who depicts the fantastical and strange. I mostly create small scale illustrations in pen-and-ink or colored pencil, with subject matter ranging from queer reflections on a Midwestern upbringing, wistful whimsy, and fluidity of various forms. I currently work a lot with collage, to reinvent my work and make something new out of old selves, and I am increasingly writing zines and perzines.
