Tarot #19. The Sun🌞
Path #19 in the journey of the Tarot Major Arcana. The Sun!

The Sun blazes in glory as a child rides forth on a white horse, a scene of pure joy, vitality, and the triumph of consciousness burning away all shadow with clarifying light. Material happiness, fortunate marriage, contentment -- the simplest and most radiant card in the deck, the one card where even reversal cannot fully dim the brightness. Reversed: The same in a lesser sense. A clouded Sun yet provides the realm.
UPRIGHT: Material happiness, Fortunate marriage, Contentment, Joy
REVERSED: Same in lesser sense, Diminished joy, Clouded happiness, Delay
The radiant dawn arrives to inform us that the dark night we have endured was for good reason. In the clarity of a new day, we may finally see that which we were made for. Consciousness has been fulfilled, the journey is complete! The Sun shines upon those that finish the trek; smiling or not, with friends or in solitude, the same rays will reach your face, warming your tissue and renewing your nervous system.
On the journey, the hero returns from his long journey, learned from adversity & reconciled via upward shift in consciousness to commence a new day, fresh chapter, nouveau life-path!
Bottom Line: When dawn comes, rejoice! It is accomplished. You made your way.
Tree of Life Path: Hod ⟷ Yesod. Splendor x Foundation. Logic into Preparation. A penultimate flashpoint in the Lightning Path, which completes the final supernal motivation from Kether toward Malkuth, from the Infinite to Finite.
A.E. Waite quote: “The naked child mounted on a white horse and displaying a red standard has been mentioned already as the better symbolism connected with this card. It is the destiny of the Supernatural East and the great and holy light which goes before the endless procession of humanity, coming out from the walled garden of the sensitive life and passing on the journey home. The card signifies, therefore, the transit from the manifest light of this world, represented by the glorious sun of earth, to the light of the world to come, which goes before aspiration and is typified by the heart of a child.”
