Greetings, Wrecking Crew!

I hope this newsletter finds you well.

My birthday season continues and soon will draw to a close.
It’s been pretty great.
Lotsa fun stuff by myself, with friends, with total strangers.
MANY birthday greetings, cards, gifts, dinners, etc.

Of course there was CAKE. A friend took me to our local patisserie for a really good individual lil’ chocolate cake with cherries.
Another friend baked me a beautiful (and totally delicious) chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, crushed pistachios, and fresh raspberries. Look! I have a photo!

And another friend decided to do something nobody has ever done for me before. She MADE me an ice cream cake! Inspired by this particular Fudgie the Whale:

Sorry Tom Carvel, but Anna’s ice cream cake was WAY better.

Last week I ate a piece of the chocolate cake during Snack Time. Maybe tomorrow I’ll have some ice cream cake… at 9:45am…? Well. Tune in tomorrow and find out if that’s indeed what I do.
