Greetings, Wrecking Crew! Happy New Year. I wish you many blessings in 2026 and beyond.

A few changes:

• I decided to start using an email newsletter program called Buttondown. It doesn’t steal or sell your data. It’s the same one that Give the Drummer Radio uses for its daily email newsletters. Let’s see how we all like it. I welcome feedback.

And then a big, yet temporary, change: there’s no Wreck this week! I’m visiting my family for our post-holiday holiday.

Have no fear! The lovely and talented Charlie is filling in for me and he’s doing an all-vinyl show called Busy Wrecking Records.

Go here tomorrow morning from 9am-noon (Bellows Falls Time) https://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/159867 and give Charlie the appropriate Wreck Welcome. Be nice to him or the cabin boys will be very upset, as will DJ Fleafella, and they will totally tell on you.
