Holiday Safety: Agencies increase downtown patrols to protect Cincinnati shoppers.

Cincinnati law enforcement is boosting holiday safety downtown. Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey and the Ohio State Highway Patrol are adding deputies and troopers to patrol the urban core.
