Hi VoteGiL fishes!
~I am marching in THREE Independence Day Parades this year and I would Loooooove to see you there! Please walk with me! My boat is decorated with Red White & Blue and VoteGiL signs. We are passing out candy and stickers and buttons to everyone! See you there. Parade details are at the bottom.

Here is the parade info if you want to walk with me:
GLOUCESTER: Friday July 3, 2026. Gather 4pm-ish, start at 6pm. We need to be at Gloucester High School, 32 Leslie O. Johnson Road as close to 4pm as possible. Due to traffic they limit the amount of cars parking in the lot to only those who will be driving in the parade. There will be parking and float set up made available at Stage Fort Park and at a new site Scott Energy located at 43 Gloucester Ave, Gloucester. We can take the shuttle bus provided.
MANCHESTER BY THE SEA: Saturday July 4, 2026 Gather at 9am-ish, start at 10am. Antique cars will meet on Arbella St by 9:30am. Fire Engines will line up on Harold St at 9:30. VoteGiL home made float will line up at Memorial School also by 9:30am.
ROCKPORT: Saturday July 4, 2026 Gather at 4:30pm-ish, start at 6pm. The parade will follow its traditional route kicking off at 6pm from the Rockport School Complex making its way into town, turning right on to Beach Street, stopping at the judges stand if you wish and ending at back beach. Please arrive between 4:45 - 5:15pm at the Rockport School Complex on July 4th.
