Retirement plans that come with a cat house
Plus less predatory alternatives to payday loans
In the last week I paid my income tax, my HST and I got my January-February RRSP contribution statement. It was ok. More than what I put in last year (which was very, very little) but not enough that I feel secure in retirement. (Ha!)
But that RRSP statement combined with this article had me thinking about my retirement. I’ve got quite a few years to go but those years are going to zip by.
Unless it’s a pandemic, then I have more years than I thought because each month feels like a year right now.
But my RRSP statement had me wondering how I was going to retire. I do not plan on living with my non-existent children, I love my brother and sister-in-law and the kids but nope, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to not want to move into a long-term care home under the current circumstances.
