I feel weird about spending money on grocery delivery
I'm not going to stop because grocery shopping annoys me
It’s that time of the month, where I open up Freshbooks and send the invoices flying off to their new homes in accounts payable. This takes some time because I had to issue invoices in both Canadian and U.S. currency with the relevant taxes.
Between the several jobs that I do thanks to being self-employed and being single, I don’t have much free time these days. When I’m not working, I’m trying to keep my place clean, cook, get enough sleep, exercise, budget, distance socialize in the outdoors, and look after my mental health. That means there are things I just won’t do because I prefer to do something else with my time. That means deliberating making the choice on how I spend my money. Intentional spending, if you will.
One of those things is grocery shopping, which I hate doing. It’s boring, I dislike being in the grocery store and it takes up too much time.
Yes, I’m aware I’m probably not being the most rational but here we are.
