My name is Harriet - I'm the person behind Kindred Soil, and it's so lovely to connect with you.

To welcome you to our little community, I want to offer you a FREE meditation.

I have been inspired by the trees this autumn, watching the way that they have stopped sending their energy outwards. They have let their leaves turn brown and eventually fall, and have turned their energy inwards towards their roots for the coming winter.

For me this feels like an invitation to follow their lead and to stop focusing on the external, to let go of the pushing and striving or the opinions of others, and turning our attention towards nourishing ourselves for the coming season.
