Dear ,
I am so pleased to be writing to you! If you were here before I went on leave then thank you so much for sticking around, and if you are new then you are so very welcome!
I am starting to dip my toes back into work, as and when I quite literally have my hands free!
I have missed this work and missed this community greatly and am really excited to be emerging back into this beautiful mycelium.
In this newsletter you'll find:
- Spring Equinox Prompts, as well as link to my new podcast (?!)
- An overview of some future offerings that are germinating
- Some highlights from my Substack over the last while

Spring Equinox and a new podcast!
This is a bit late, as the Equinox was on the 20th of March this year, but I am trying to offer myself grace for needing slowness and flexibility in this season.
It feels like a great time to be emerging slowly from the slumber / haze of postpartum over this autumn and winter. Arriving at this midpoint between winter and summer and starting to gently reopen.
For anyone who is interested, I have just started a new podcast! Which is making me feel equal parts nervous and excited. It is currently part of my Substack and anyone can access.
I have released an introductory episode, where I talk a bit about my hopes and vision for the podcast, and then I have also released a second episode where I explore my reflections following some Spring Equinox prompts.
Those who have attended a Celtic Wheel workshop with me will know that we have a space where we explore prompts relating to the festival and there is the invitation to share. I don't normally share because our groups are normally full and I want to make sure there is space for everyone to share and to take time to reflect, so I am using the space of the podcast to share my own reflections, and hope that this might also create an opportunity for self-paced sharing from anyone else who would like to have conversations around this, but isn't able to join us for the live events.
So do come on over to Substack/ the podcast if you'd like to listen and start a conversation around this, would love to hear from you! I am going to share the prompts below for anyone who would like to engage with these.
Spring Equinox Prompts
🪻 Where am I noticing signs of growth already?
🪻 What nurturing do I need to support my growth?
Please engage with these in whatever ways make most sense to you - you might like to journal, create something, use them for quiet contemplation or meditation, move your body, or anything that you feel inspired to do!

Upcoming Offerings
I am so looking forward to this slow reopening, with some new and some familiar offerings to share with you. Below are some of the upcoming offerings, some of which I will be opening the waiting lists for.
🌿 Beltane Event - 1st May, 5-7pm UK time
Tickets are available now for this Celtic Wheel event. I am really excited to get back into these, as they mean a huge amount to me. I also feel that it's important to deepen into the practice of connecting with the seasonal prompts in a way that is rooted in community care, social justice and our values - so I will be weaving this in more intentionally to the events going forward. I have also lengthened the timing window to two hours, just to make sure there is time for spaciousness and flexibility to what the group needs and to ensure that we finish on time!
Tickets at tiered prices are available on Eventbrite, if you have any questions please do just get in touch!
🌿 Discounted coaching spaces - from May (WAITING LIST OPEN)
I am doing advanced coaching training starting in April and will be applying this learning as well as experimenting with a new coaching offering of a 'holding' - this will be a longer, more supportive container with more live sessions and Voxer support in between sessions. My capacity will be limited to taking on just a couple of clients.
🌿 Mindfulness for Stress - Summer/ Autumn (WAITING LIST OPEN)
I hope to run another 8 week Breathworks mindfulness course later on this year - likely this will be in the summer / Autumn time.
🌿 Autumn Circle Journey (WAITING LIST OPEN)
After the beautiful experience of the Spring Circle Journey last year, but not having been quite ready to start that at this point, I am wanting to create a similar journey rooted in the seasonal invitations of the journey through autumn and into winter. This will be an exploration of introspection and community connection through the seasons, as well as learning some more about somatic and mindfulness tools and experimenting with applying these in our circle spaces. As with the Spring Circle Journey, this will be one group that travels along the journey together - this was such a wonderful aspect of the programme and I am really excited to form a group for this next journey.
If you would like to join the waiting list, to hear more about these and be the first to know when the books are open for them then simply reply to this email and let me know which ones you'd like to join.
As always, any questions just let me know.

Some signs of spring that I've been enjoying - the magnolias that have been blooming for hte last little while and our pear tree which is just about coming into blossom, despite the sudden turn back to cold and wet weather.
Left image small white blossoms starting to come out on branches and a trellis fence and houses in the background. Right image shows pink magnolia flowers coming into bloom, in a photo taken from below, showing a blue cloudy sky and green tree tops behind.
