• For recruits registered through UNV: Complete the Essential and Mandatory Courses on the UNV E-Campus by April 1st. These courses are also given during training for a UN job position, which puts you ahead of the curve.

• Q2 Volunteer Assignment Listings will be visible in the UNV Database on March 15th. We will provide the links in this newsletter once they are live.

• The final Creative Career Focus Meeting for Quarter 1 will be March 21, 2026, which will discuss Q2 Volunteer Assignment Listings & UNV Registration deadlines. Register here.

Final Thoughts

This week, I attended the The Great Connection Nonprofit Summit hosted by CauseVox. The theme of this summit centered a great deal around the record numbers of burnout for the entire nonprofit/humanitarian sector and the populations we serve. I heard truly heartbreaking stories from other organizations also witnessing collapse ripple across the globe.

During these challenging times, we encourage you to revisit your self-regime. Adjust & adapt it to counter these the new 2026 ripples. Then make it the backbone of all you do.
