Final Thoughts

As we end the quarter, I will remind you all to practice self-care. It’s been a stressful three months for many of us. So make space to turn all this off. It’s easy to get caught up in your schedule, blink, then it’s December.

As busy as we are, there still needs to be time for YOU. The cornerstones of my routine are nature, the arts, yoga & martial arts. Take these two weeks to find your own four, recenter and be refreshed.

The first Q2 Simuka Africa Team Briefing is scheduled for April 3, 2026.

Thank you for your honorable Q1 humanitarian service.

— M.

May hope, peace & unity be with you.
