How easy is it for you to give yourself a compliment without caveats?

I searched my archives to see the last time I’d spoken about given yourself compliments without any ifs, and, or buts and it was just over a year ago, so this seems like a good time to dust this topic off and expand on it.

I’ve been working on case studies and other bits of coursework that need academic writing, which means revising command words and making sure I’m doing what the criteria need me to do. I was pondering on evaluate while we were discussing this in class. Evaluation means what I did well, and what I didn’t do well.
