Receiving feedback and self talk
When you receive feedback, what do you think? Who does the person giving you feedback remind you of? What do you want from them? What do you think they want from you?
One of the things I’ve been sitting with at the moment is being good enough.

Therapy training is hard, and I’ve gone from doing something I really excelled at in testing, to something that I’m not having such an easy time with.
