So this year, I’ve got monthly community challenges for pretty much the entire year.

Each month I’ll have a theme, and weekly challenges, reflection prompts, discussions, etc. It’s something I tried to do last year but I fizzled out. This time I have more planning, more things built in advance, and I feel generally better about the whole thing.
