Introducing The Mental Workload Podcast!
I’ve been beavering away over the past few weeks on a new project and I’m finally able to share it!
Announcing… The Mental Workload podcast!
The Mental Workload podcast is a new podcast all about wellbeing at work.
Some of you will know I had a podcast on software testing a few years ago, and I loved doing it. I’ve been wanting to do a podcast pretty much since I moved into being self employed.
I wanted to make sure I did something that was useful and interesting, but also on a practical note, would be sustainable for me.
After letting the idea percolate for a while, the stars aligned, and here we are: The Mental Workload podcast!
I’ve met some amazing people already on this journey into this wellbeing space, and I wanted to share those stories and work with you. Each episode will have a guest and we’ll talk about some aspect of wellbeing at work. The topics will be wide ranging, and I’m open to hearing your thoughts on what or who you’d like to hear on upcoming episodes.
Season one will be ten episodes long, then we’ll take a short break and come back with season two. This gives me time to set up recording and editing without me having to keep up with a constant publishing schedule.
I really want this podcast to be useful for folks in concrete ways, and to help facilitate this, each episode comes with a reflection prompt. These will be an invitation to take an aspect of the episode and reflect a little deeper on it, and see what resonates and what doesn’t.
This is a first good step for you to take some of the episode and bring it into your life and consciousness.
You can find the podcast wherever you find podcasts, and there is a teaser episode up with clips from the first 3 episodes.

The first episode will drop on 19th September, and I am super excited to bring it to you :D
