Comfort zones
We often think of comfort zones as only something to be avoided if we need to grow, but I think we need a more nuanced take, and a comfort zone is something to be strived for.

I’ve been thinking a lot about comfort zones recently, for a couple of reasons. We don’t really talk about comfort zones unless we’re talking about stagnation, or how you need to be uncomfortable to grow. I don’t disagree, but I do think we’re missing out by not thinking about our comfort zone and what makes us comfortable.
I was once asked by my business coach what I needed from my environment to be productive. I replied that I needed safety and some element of control. Everything else was nice but not needed.
