🏳️🌈🏫 On Tuesday, two families sued the Detroit Lakes Public School district in Minnesota, as well as 4 board members, over its ban on LGBTQ+ items like posters, stickers, and flags in schools.

🏳️⚧️⚖️🪖 On Tuesday, a federal judge ruled that a lawsuit brought against the federal government for revoking the retirements of trans service members from the Air Force should remain in federal court, instead of granting the Trump administration's attempt to have it decided by an Air Force records board.

🏳️⚧️⚕️🏥 Since May, six hospitals have ended their gender-affirming care programs for trans youth, paid the Justice Department monetary penalties, and in some cases donated money to de-transition programs. The U.S. Department of Justice alleges that gender-affirming care providers are committing fraud.
