🏳️⚧️🏫 On February 26, a nonbinary student filed a lawsuit against Kalamazoo Public Schools in Michigan for allegedly neglecting to stop continued gender-based harassment and bullying, beginning in 2023.

🏳️⚧️🚻🏛️ On February 26, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ruled that federal agencies are allowed to ban trans employees from using bathrooms that match their gender.
