🏳️‍⚧️🪖⚖️ On May 25th, a federal appeals court ruled to partially uphold a preliminary injunction against the Trump administration’s ban on trans people serving in the U.S. military, saying that the policy appears to be arbitrary and based on animus. The injunction, which is currently on hold pending further appeal, would protect trans plaintiffs currently part of the lawsuit from being removed from the military but would not allow new transgender recruits to join.
