  • 🏳️‍⚧️🎓 According to a new survey, 69% of trans and nonbinary Michigan State University undergrads reported being sexually harassed last year, compared to 57% of cisgender women and 32% of cisgender men. Trans and nonbinary MSU students were also more likely to have been sexually assaulted or stalked than cis students.

  • 🏳️‍⚧️🏒On Thursday, it was revealed that USA hockey adopted a policy banning trans women from playing on women’s hockey teams, as well as trans men who have taken testosterone. The policy applies to both professional and amateur teams.

  • 🏳️‍⚧️⚕️⚖️Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice agreed in a settlement to significantly limit its demands that the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles disclose information about trans minors receiving gender-affirming care, dropping its requirement that the personally identifying patient info of over 3,000 trans youth be disclosed. The parents who brought the suit are now moving for the entire subpoena to be revoked.
