The No Talent Club is a hundred email essays about food, each with a recipe inside.

It's called the No Talent Club because cooking food is actually really easy. It's as easy as pie. You can make delicious food for yourself, or for the people around you.

I'm Pete Hindle. I'm sure everybody who reads this is going to know me in some context, online or in real life. I'm not doing this to be famous, I just want to think about food and write it down.
