Includes (hopefully) fixes for input detection and round stat calculations, as well as tweaks to the BHG.

**[FIX]** `FocusHighlight` now suppresses focus ring at the source when no controller is connected; ring cannot appear from touch or any other input in touch-only mode
**[FIX]** `FOCUS_ALL` gated on `using_controller` across all scenes missing the check: solo game over, LAN game over, credits, map select, multiplayer lobby, set controls, set armory controls, sprite select confirm button
**[FIX]** `initials_input` focus mode hardcoded to `FOCUS_ALL` so the field is always tappable regardless of controller state
**[FIX]** Duplicate scene-level signal connections removed from `MainMenu.tscn`; Play, LAN, and Quit buttons were connecting twice, causing potential scene change race condition on slower devices
**[FIX]** Cash Spent stat now tracks wallbuy and dustbin purchases in addition to armory spending
**[FIX]** Cash Earned stat now tracks kill rewards
**[FIX]** Dustbin solo refund path corrected; was directly mutating currency instead of routing through `deduct_currency()`
**[NEW]** BHG singularity pull radius capped at 1500 units; enemies beyond this are completely unaffected
**[NEW]** BHG pull force now scales with distance -- near-zero at the outer edge, ramping up sharply toward the singularity center; minimum floor of 250 u/s ensures enemies cannot walk away from the field
**[NEW]** BHG pull force increased 2.5x
**[NEW]** BHG singularity now displays faint rotating galaxy arms filling the full area of effect, communicating pull strength visually
**[NEW]** BHG singularity displays a faint pulsing boundary ring at the edge of the pull field
**[FIX]** BHG projectile now correctly triggers singularity on glancing hits; previously could deflect off enemies without activating

General testing: does the game actually work now? Do the scores displayed on the stat display appear correct to you? Are you able to input initials?
