Free wildlife recording sessions with West Wales Biodiversity Information Centre. A great way to discover the local wildlife.

Small Woods’ Esmond Harris Award
This award is for innovation in small woodland management and green wood craft. Closing date: Tuesday 1st September.

People’s Emergency Briefing
Free community screening exploring what climate and nature change means for everyday life, including extreme weather, food security and the cost of living. Booking essential. Penparc Ceredigion – Tuesday 8th September 7pm.

Friends of Netpool Park AGM
Annual General Meeting to help Netpool Park become a special place for everyone in Cardigan. Wednesday 9th September 5pm for refreshments at Fisherman’s Rest. Meeting from 5.30pm.

Soulworks Events
A range of events exploring our connection with nature, including Nature Spirits, Mindfulness and Trees & Tree Energies, alongside opportunities for wellbeing and personal development.

Woodland Dwelling Nursery Open Days
Focused open days in September for arborists, landscape architects, and tree officers on nursery stock, green infrastructure and young tree establishment. 10am – 3pm.

Beginner online bird course is aimed at bird enthusiasts who wish to learn more about their much-loved garden visitors. Four weeks from Tuesday 8th September = £20.
