Marketing Minute: Darryl Powell

Darryl gave us a success story about good business practice. In 2005, they switched car insurance to Powell Insurance (!) and has been with them for years with various coverages. They asked to cancel one coverage and were informed when they did that the cost would go up because it was no longer a “package”. He understood but wasn’t happy.
