Another collaborative effort from MBW! This time we partnered up with our friends at Multnomah Whiskey Library and WhistlePig Whiskey (from Vermont!) to bring you a Rye Whiskey barrel-aged Barleywine! WhistlePig aged some rye whiskey especially for the Multnomah Whiskey Library and once it was emptied, we filled it with our "Old Fellowship Barleywine" and aged it on oak for a month.
Dry and spicy, this strong ale is rich with flavors of plums, toffee, malt and vanilla. Aromas of dates, candi sugar, ripe red grapes and dried orange peel. Only 60 gallons produced. On tap for a limited time. Come get it!
