Brand strategy is what I do, mostly for b2b and service businesses.
I help my clients find their irresistible truth. The irresistible truth is why good customers keep coming back. It’s why they recommend a brand to other people. For b2b and service brands, the irresistible truth is as much about style as it is about substance.
I describe my style as Lowfalutin. It’s a slightly pretentious way of saying unpretentious. Lowfalutin is more falutin than Nofalutin. It's low frills rather than no frills. Frills used sparingly for effect.
(Nofalutin sounds like a Big Pharma trademark.)
