His concept is also much more expensive than a standard private prison in the U.S. and there's no way anyone, private or government, would bite that flavorless morsel. And I agree wholeheartedly that prisons don't prevent or deter future crimes. They make it so much harder for someone to reintegrate post-sentence, not to mention the violence already happening inside prisons.
