Hello! Once upon a time, you liked a band called the Doubleclicks. They looked like this:

And they sang sincerely about dungeons and dragons and cats and never liking things in a normal way. They toured with Molly Lewis and at PAX and went on the JoCoCruise and maybe played for you and 4-200 other people in a game store in your suburban neighborhood. And they were me… and my sister Aubrey!

We started this band when we were just barely adults. 20 and 22 years old… we played nerdy songs for 15 years and it made us even weirder than we already were. Then we took a break…

And now we’re back doing new weird things… and I’m telling you: I couldn’t be more excited. The kids who were full of enthusiasm and YouTube and star trek-themed earrings are so far away in my memory… but I love them. And I’m so excited to re-visit that version of myself. AND TO SEE YOU AGAIN!
