Agree, Dawn. The "checks and balances" are under attack and very shaky -- Congress fully on board with the autocratic takeover and the courts unreliable. The pressure that will matter has to come from the people. Saw a quote today -- from Pete Seeger decades ago but maybe it applies: "I'm convinced that if the world survives these dangerous times it will be tens of millions of small things that do it."
