So, first up the news - I’m confirmed as a program participant for Philcon. The Mists of Cairn Gorm will be featured in the eSpec launch party (which will have food).

Discovered a very nice bookish cafe in my neighborhood that opened while I wasn’t looking. It’s too small to approach about author events, but if my landlords make my apartment unusable, it’s the kind of place I could go and write without being thrown out for not buying a drink every ten minutes.

There was also a used book popup sale, although it didn’t have a large SF&F selection. (Or really a large selection of any given thing except, bizarrely, fitness video DVDs).

Other than that, life goes on!
