Illustrated Recipes, Slimes & Potions, design & paint a mural, & more!

Hi everyone,

Welcome to those of you we met at the Brock BBQ, the Brockton Village Yard Sale, or the Carleton Village Fun Fair last week! Late spring is especially fun because we get to spend time out in the community making new friends. And this weekend we’re participating in our biggest event yet: come find us in the Kid Zone at Do West Fest, on Dundas St. West in Little Portgual!

The show goes on with great options for adults and kids at both our studios this weekend, plus more exciting one-offs next weekend, too. Read on for details.

A little sunburned, to be honest,
Brian

PS—This Friday’s PA Day at Osler St. is sold out, but a few spots remain at College St.!

Saturday, June 6, 7:30 p.m. at 134 Osler St. Join Sarah Aranha in this Illustrated Recipes workshop! Register →

Only 3 spots left! Sunday, June 7, 10 a.m. at 1152 College St. Hot Pizza’s Little Studio encourages kids ages 3–6 to find their creative voices and see themselves in what they do. We’ll make a variety of fun creations that celebrate the imagination and build skills. Grown-ups drink coffee or tea and make collages while the kids make art! Register →

Saturday, June 13, 10 a.m. at 1152 College St. Hot Pizza’s very popular Slimes and Potions class is back! The studio will turn into a chemistry lab in this sensorial celebration. We’ll also learn about colour mixing while we’re at it, for a full spectrum of fun and creativity. Register →

NEW! Saturday, June 13, 2–5 p.m. at 1152 College St. Come make Mural Magic with professional mural artist Toe Fish! Kids will dream up a bold design together, then turn the new HP’s garage into a larger-than-life mural. Learn sketching, scaling up, mixing colours, blocking in shapes, and adding “wow” details—plus teamwork and confident brush skills. Register →
