I’ll keep it short, since the invitation is in the subject line: join us next Sunday, May 3, for an open house and celebration at Hot Pizza’s new College Street location! We’ll be there from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. with fun creative activities, good music, and light refreshments.

Upcoming offerings at College Street

Though we’re still putting up drywall and putting down flooring, we’ve got some great programs on tap for College Street in May and June.

• After-school and evening courses for kids and adults. Kids can do comics, United Imaginations, animation, printmaking, a writing studio, and more. For adults, we offer evening sessions focused on oil painting and zero-waste sewing.

• One-off sessions on the weekends. Bring your youngest to the Little Studio, treat yourself to a letter-writing meetup or speed portraiture or watercolour class, or come together for stuffie apparel and printmaking.

• Full-day PA Day session on June 5. Mixed-media activities, outdoor play, and a chance for kids to make new friends from other schools!

• Summer camps. We have spots available all seven weeks, from July 6–10 through August 17–21. So many art activities, so much fun, so much outdoor play time. If we do it during the year, chances are your camper will get to try it! Spaces are limited in some weeks, so act quickly!
