Save Mail-In Voting- Write USPS by July 2
Trump signed an executive order that would allow the post office to refuse to deliver mail in ballots. It is being contested in courts, but we only have until July 2nd to over ride this awful executive order. Here’s how you can help. The USPS is required to read every public comment and record it. We have until July 2nd to make our feelings on this beard. If you can, write to them and let them know how this EO would deny us voting rights. Also, pass this along to friends and family. In your comment you must include your name and address. Sample letter below. Send to [email protected]

To Whom This May Concern,
My name is NAME and I live at ADDRESS
I am very concerned and am opposed to the USPS proposed rule through executive order to not deliver mail-in ballots to all eligible voters. This would definitely harm all California voters, but especially elderly voters, naturalized citizens, voters of color, and voters with disabilities in my community as well as all communities in the state by not giving ALL eligible voters access to their constitutional right to vote. This accessibility is backed by the 2021 settlement agreement that the USPS is legally required to honor, so I am calling on the USPS to honor this ruling and follow the rule of law and continue delivering mail-in ballots.
Thank you for acknowledging my comment and concern,
