- Thursday, October 16, 2019, 9:00 AM: Board Of Supervisors Regular Meeting at Campus Center Chambers, 5520 Overland Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123. ***Agenda includes a presentation on an ordinance to establish a Community Choice Energy Program (item #10).***
- Saturday, October 19, 2019, 10:00 – 11:30 AM: Community Meeting: City Parks at Grove Park, 745 N Ash St, Escondido, CA 92026. The Community Services Department is gathering “input from the public on what amenities they would like to see in City parks, and where those amenities should go.” See English and Español flyers.
- Saturday, October 19, 2019, 1:00 – 2:30 PM: Community Meeting: City Parks at Jesmond Dene Park, 2401 N Broadway, Escondido, CA 92026.

- Read-up on Giuliani Associates Parnas, Fruman Charged With Campaign Finance Violations and Former ambassador to Ukraine says she was ousted because of her anti-corruption work.
- Read-up on Timeline: Trump, Ukraine And The House Impeachment Inquiry and Subpoenas and Requests for Evidence in the Trump Impeachment Inquiry.
- Contact Rep. Hunter, Senator Feinstein and Senator Harris and tell them that you support the impeachment inquiry into President Trump’s abuse of power in requesting a favor of the President of Ukraine to investigate former Vice President and rival Presidential Candidate Joe Biden. Hunter Campaign Fund Misuse Trial
- Read-up on Duncan Hunter Corruption Trial Pushed Back Till Late January [22nd] and Rep. Duncan Hunter's criminal trial delayed until Jan. 22.
- Contact Rep. Hunter and ask for his resignation for his indictment of conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States, wire fraud, falsification of records and prohibited use of (~$250,000) campaign contributions.

Election Interference
- Read-up on Senate report calls for sweeping effort to prevent Russian interference in 2020 election.
- Contact Rep. Hunter, Senator Feinstein and Senator Harris and tell them that you support legislative actions to prevent foreign interference and secure our election such as H.R.3873 and S.2242 which “require campaigns to report any contacts with foreign nationals who are attempting to make campaign donations or otherwise coordinate with the campaign within a week of the contact”.
