- Wednesday, May 22, 2019, 6:00 PM: Escondido City Council Meeting at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. ***Agenda includes resolution 2019-58 supporting participation in the 2020 Census.***
Abortion

- Attend No Abortion Ban Rally at Westfield North County Mall, 272 E Via Rancho Parkway, Escondido 92025 (intersection Westfield Way) on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, 12:00 PM.
Police Use of Force
- Read-up on What Impact Would AB-392 Have On Police Use Of Force?
- Contact Assemblymember Waldron and State Senator Jones and ask them to support AB-392 which “requires [police officers] to use tactics to de-escalate a situation or use alternatives to deadly force when reasonable”. See Indivisible CA: StateStrong script for CA AB392 2019.
Immigration
- Contact Rep. Hunter and ask him to support H.R.6 which “provide a path to citizenship for Dreamers, and legal permanent residency to Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) recipients”. See Fight All Forms of Family Separations.
- Contact Senator Feinstein and Senator Harris and express support for S.662 which provide access for legal counsel of unaccompanied migrant children. Both Senator Feinstein and Harris are co-sponsors of S.662.

Trump-Russia Investigation
