Welcome to Escondido Indivisible’s weekly action plan for March 2, 2020! The Presidential Primary Election is this Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Early voting is on-going until Election Day via mail ballots, at the County Registrar of Voters, 5600 Overland Avenue, San Diego CA, 92123, or one of the satellite voting locations (on Election Day, check your polling location):
- March 2, 2020: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- March 3, 2020: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday, March 3, 2020: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Presidential Primary Election Day at your polling location, the County Registrar of Voters, 5600 Overland Avenue, San Diego CA, 92123, or one of the satellite voting locations.
- Wednesday, March 4, 2020, 6:00 PM: Escondido City Council Meeting at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. **Agenda includes item #14 on campaign contribution limits. Check broadcast meetings at escondido.org here.**
- Sunday, March 8, 2020, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: March for Black Women San Diego at Euclid & Logan San Diego, CA 92114.
Primary Election Day
- Read-up on March Primary First Test Of San Diego's New Voting System and Election Workers Learning To Register Same-Day Voters At New Satellite Offices.
- Read-up on Voice of San Diego's A Reader's Guide to the San Diego Primary, KPBS Voter Guide, Escondido Democratic Club's 2020 Elections Resources and Indivisible San Diego Persist 2020 Primary Voter Guide.
- Plan & Vote on March 3rd (or earlier). Polls open from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM on March 3rd (if you’re in line by 8:00 PM, you’ll be able to vote). For mail ballots, you can drop them off at these mail ballot drop-off locations or at your polling place on Election Day.
