- Wednesday, June 5, 2019, 6:00 PM: Escondido City Council Meeting at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. **Agenda includes update on Recycled Water Expansion and Potable Reuse Program (item #15)**
- Thursday, June 6, 2019, 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM: GOTV Voter Registration at Old California Coffee House and Eatery, 1080 W San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA 92078.
Immigration
- Contact Rep. Hunter and ask him to support H.R.6 which “provide a path to citizenship for Dreamers, and legal permanent residency to Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) recipients”. The House is expected to vote on H.R.6 this week. See Protect Dreamers and TPS Holders with the Dream and Promise Act and Fight All Forms of Family Separations.
- Contact Senator Feinstein and Senator Harris and express support for S.662 which provide access for legal counsel of unaccompanied migrant children. Both Senator Feinstein and Harris are co-sponsors of S.662.

Trump-Russia Investigation
- Read-up on Robert Mueller’s statement on the Trump-Russia investigation, explained and How to indict the president (if it’s even possible), explained with a flowchart.
- Contact Rep. Hunter, Senator Feinstein and Senator Harris and ask them to support H.Res.257 to begin investigating whether Trump should be impeached. War Crimes
- Read-up on Rep. Duncan Hunter invokes civilian casualties in Fallujah to defend SEAL charged with war crimes, Congressman Hunter Says He Probably Killed 'Hundreds' Of Civilians While In Combat and Former Military Attorney Calls Hunter’s Comments ‘Outrageous’.
- Contact Rep. Hunter and express concerns about his extremely inappropriate behaviors of photographing dead combatants when he was a Marine. His comments and behaviors showed a dereliction of duty and respect for human lives.
