Labor Rights

- Contact Representative Issa, Representative Peters, Senator Feinstein and Senator Padilla and ask them to pass legislation to mandate seven days paid sick leave for all workers. Note that Rep. Issa voted no to 7-days paid sick leave for railroad workers.

Reproductive Rights

- Contact Representative Issa, Representative Peters, Senator Feinstein and Senator Padilla and ask them to pass legislation such as H.R.8373 to “codify access to contraception into federal law” and H.R.8296 to codify abortion rights. Note that Representative Issa voted no on H.R.8373/H.R.8296 (and had previously praised the overturn of Roe vs. Wade and also voted against codifying abortion rights) but H.R.8373/H.R.8296 passed the House.
