San Diego County Redistricting
  • Read-up on Commission approves new San Diego County voting districts.
  • Explore and read-up on the 2021 Redistricting Plan, Final Report, and Map. Escondido will be in District 5 with Oceanside, Vista and San Marcos along with other North County unincorporated city and tribal lands.

California Redistricting
  • Explore California Redistricting Draft Maps.
  • Comment on California Redistricting Draft Maps. In the latest draft map update on December 18th-19th, Escondido is split between two U.S. Congressional Districts, CD48-SMESCPOW and CD50-SDCOAST, along Bear Valley Pkwy, Grant Ave and Valley Pkwy. For the State Assembly District, Escondido is with San Marcos, San Pasqual and Rancho Bernando under AD76-ESC-SA. For the State Senate District, Escondido with Valley Pkwy down to Poway and Santee, Alpine and Pine Valley under SD_SD-POW-ESC_ITERATION.
