The Contract signed between Police Chief Plunkett and DHS/ICE which allows ICE to use city training facilities, including our firing range was a huge mistake. ICE has already killed multiple people on the streets. Now they are coming to ‘train’ in Escondido. We must say no. We want the contract with ICE cancelled.
