And what is "It?".
"It" is any of the many subjects presented here in a commentary style writing. Sometimes the writing is in support of a position, sometimes it will be in response to modern interpretations of the Bible. Our interest is truth.
Over the years, the "truth" of the Bible has been corrupted in the same manner as many of our social standards. This corruption was and is being done in the same manner as the modern day "cancel culture" movement is attempting to do with the morals of society. They tamper with and change items little by little while drowning out those who would disagree. Eventually the truth is lost to many folks.
My pages will address a variety of Bible subjects from a fundamental point of view. They will not always be in line with the present day commentaries and theologians, but they will be always be in line with the Word of God, the Bible. As a matter of necessity, comments will many times clash head on with modern day thought. And this is my main purpose, to support the Bible and expose the corruption as Peter and Jude, chief among others, attempted to do in their writings.
My writings are not to present "new stuff" in the modern "new normal" venue, but to cause folks to think, to think about what God has said in His word, then to recognize what has been stolen from them in the guise of propriety. My hope is all that join us here will think and compare what is being said here in this newsletter to the words of those who are in the leadership positions of the Church and government today. In the end, you and I may not always agree, but at least we each have taken time to read and think about the Word of God and look at it a bit closer, to study it. As Timothy has said "Study ... ", 2nd Timothy 2:15.
