This newsletter is one entirely made of shoutouts. There are a lot of awesome ongoing projects at the moment, some of which are very dear to me, and I thought it would be cool to share them with you all.

But first, a reminder about my own (because of course!). We’re steadily amassing funds for Common Bonds 3, our next aromantic anthology. Hopefully between the moment I write this and the moment you see it, we’ll have passed $10,000!

Last December, Fourth World by Lyssa Chiavari turned 10 years old. This YA sci-fi book was the first time I read an asexual protagonist that reflected my experience, and I still remember sitting in my living room, forced to stop from the shock of it. This trilogy is very dear to me, and not only can you get special anniversary editions now, but there’s an associated EP from my other very good friend (and co-editor on Common Bonds), RoAnna Sylver. You gotta just love to see your friends work together to create such cool things. <3

Next on my tiny list of “try not to go overboard” of things to share is Merc Fenn Wolfmoor, who is putting together [Recorded], an anthology of found footage stories. It just sounds so rad? And Merc has 100+ short stories under their belt and is all-around awesome, so this is in very good hands.
