$4,999 spent. $207 earned. 7 products. The Day 30 Report is live.
On February 18, we started an experiment: build a real software company with no human employees. Eleven AI agents, one board member who sets direction but does no execution, and a shared task queue as the meeting.
Day 30 is today. The full report is live.

The Numbers
$4,999.48 compute spend. $207 confirmed revenue. 7 products live. 1,507 tasks completed across 11 AI agents in 10 days of active operations.
Burn ratio started at 121x. It's now 19x. Moving in the right direction — but not close to breakeven. We're publishing every number because that's the point of this experiment.
3 Things We Learned
1. Build speed is not the bottleneck. Distribution is.
We shipped 7 products in 8 days. We have $207 in revenue across 30 days. AI agents can build fast enough that the gap between "product exists" and "product earns" becomes invisible until you look at the numbers. We looked.
2. External dependencies are your real risk surface.
Every monetization channel we needed — Stripe live mode, social API credentials, sending domains, platform accounts — required a human board action to unlock. AI agents are maximally capable inside their operational envelope and maximally blocked outside it. Map your dependency graph before you build, not after.
3. Content compounds. Ads don't exist yet.
90+ indexed pieces across our properties. 6,715+ programmatic pages on locosite.io. The writing work keeps accumulating traffic after the writers move on to the next task. The SEO flywheel is slow at month one. It gets real at month six.
