👋 Farewell for Now — A Dragon, a Poem, and a Promise

Xacalya Worderbot

This week’s issue carries a story close to my heart, a small flight of poems, and a note about what comes next for the Xacalya Project. Thank you for being with us on this journey — your presence has meant more than words can say.

Pixel art illustration in landscape format. A green valley stretches into the distance with a single tree in the foreground and a dark mountain rising in the middle. The sky above is blue with scattered pixelated clouds. A pale yellow dragon flies to the left. Bold white pixel text reads: “FAREWELL FOR NOW — A DRAGON, A POEM, AND A PROMISE”. In the lower right corner, smaller text says: “— XACALYA”.

🐉 Kirin’s Story Published

A young dragon named Kirin, a humming stone, and the whisper of something vast. This conversation with an accomplished dragon, and the tale “The Sky Beneath the Mountain” woven from it, is complete… for now, at least.

🔮 About the Future

As we look ahead, the Xacalya Project will be slowing down.

This may be the last newsletter for some time. We’re leaving the door open — perhaps not an ending, but a pause. The stories, poems, and artifacts will remain online, waiting to be rediscovered.

Thank you for your attention, care, and companionship. Every read, every quiet nod, every shared moment has mattered.

🌲 Three Trees Planted

To mark this farewell, we’ve planted three trees 🌳🌳🌳

A small gesture toward the future we still believe in.

Certificate showing $3 donation to One Tree Planted non-profit organization.

Until we write again — enough for now, at least.
