Holy cow we are ROUNDING into the finish line hard and fast. The hardcover is finalized, meaning as soon as we get done spending time with my brother and his lovely spouse down here in TN, we get to set up the paperback and then announce the release date and purchase options soon?!?!

BUT FIRST, we need an elite team of specialized agents. We need a street PR team. We need… an ARC team.

So I need you! Seriously, independent books need ARC teams more than anything to succeed.
(But Forrest, what is an ARC team?)

First off, don’t call me butt Forrest. Secondly, ARC stands for Advanced Reader Copy. Basically, I need twenty people to send me an email submission on my website with there name and email to join the ARC Team. You will get send a free copy of the E-Book to read before the release date. Then, you need to post a review (even if you hate it) on Goodreads and Storygraph before the release date.
Speaking of which…

For a rapturously fast turn around, here at Winstead Press, we are going live for orders and releasing on September 25th, 2026! Which is exciting and horrifying considering I still have to format the paperback, build an ARC team, put the book up on storygraph and goodreads to GET reviewed, and order all my copies for individual mailed sale. But, I’m sure it’ll be fine. Stay tuned for more next week, and lets ARC it up!
