This week, Let's Talk Tech Thursdays returns to your inbox with a new format, but the same schedule (such as it was...).

New format...

I'll be doing one big story each week, and “medium-diving” into why you should care. I'm still going to be focusing on the "off-Broadway" stories - the ones you might not have read, or that the mainstream isn't covering as well as I (in my humble opinion) think it should.

Beyond the one top story of the week, I'll still be covering a range of things. Each newsletter will include a smattering of other news stories that caught my attention.

A heads up that I'm a dad now, so my article selection might have a slight bias towards online safety, surveillance tech, and all the things that I've discovered low-and-high-key terrify me. Though I will try and keep a balance of stories. (Incidentally, no I'm definitely not blaming my seven-month old son for the seven-month long hiatus of this newsletter… Totally unrelated. 👀)

This year I'm also getting back into blogging, and as a result have been reading more opinion pieces and personal stories on everything from big-tech to the prevalence of renting services vs owning products. So I'll also be sharing one post a week that I've read and found insightful.
