Alex T. Michelsen is an American professional tennis player from California. His parents, Sondra and Erik Michelsen, both played tennis in college. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 30 achieved on July 14, 2025 and a best doubles ranking of No. 67 reached on June 30, 2025.

The Madagascar Plan was a plan proposed by the Nazi German government to forcibly relocate the Jewish population of Europe to the island of Madagascar. Franz Rademacher, head of the Jewish Department of the German Foreign Office, proposed the idea in June 1940, shortly before the Fall of France.
