Howdy Neighbors,
I hope you are all gearing up for a great holiday season! We have lots in the works for the new year but wanted to throw in a little end of year workday in the arboretum since the weather is so lovely!
We will be removing english ivy from the trees and property. English ivy kills trees and robs all our little native creatures of there habitat,food, and homes.
Please join us THIS FRIDAY at 10:00! We will have with us the head of Rewild Earth,Steven Feuerstein who is a devoted Wildlife rehabber and invasive removal expert!
Wear gloves, long sleeves and closed toed shoes. Bring water. Park at 519, 529, and our newest parking space at 511 (the other side of the little green house).
