Big Creek Clean up Saturday REMINDER

I am looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday at 9 am meeting at Gold Park parking lot for the big creek clean up!
Sign your volunteer waiver and pick up trash bags, gloves and grabbies. We will end at 11:00. Please return your grabbies and vests to the table!
Wear long pants and closed toed shoes, for protection!
This is tick season!
and copperhead snake mating season!
Finally we have just learned from the Town of Hillsborough that a very serious invasive called Japanese knotweed has been identified living in our creeks. Avoid stepping on this plant because it will spread on land and by water and is very harmful.
Grace, of the non profit Appropriate sanitation Institute and FlushFest, will give us a mini lecture about the Bellevue Branch Creek before we head out!
